We may share information with property owners or their authorized agents when you request information about a listing, and with service providers who help operate the platform.
When you accept a request for support access, an Arrivolution support team member may view and act on the information in your account for the limited time you approved. We process that information only to resolve the support request you asked us about, and for no other purpose. This is a business purpose under applicable privacy law, and we do not sell or share information accessed during a support session for advertising.
We record who requested access, who used it, when it started and ended, the stated reason, and the actions taken. We retain those records for at least 1 year so you and our auditors can review them. If we engage a service provider to help operate the platform, they may access your information only as our processor, under contract terms that limit them to our documented instructions.
