Platform Role

Arrivolution is a technology platform and is not a licensed real estate broker or agent. We do not represent you or any property owner in an agency capacity.

User Responsibilities

Provide accurate account information.
Use the platform lawfully and respectfully.
Keep your credentials secure.

Listings and Communications

Listing information is provided by property owners or their authorized agents. Arrivolution does not guarantee listing accuracy or availability.

Administrative and Support Access

An Arrivolution support team member may ask for temporary access to your account to help you directly. Access begins only after you affirmatively accept the request; we do not use silent, standing, or emergency "break-glass" access to your account.

A support team member can only perform actions you can perform, and cannot change your password, email address, or security settings.
Every support access request and session is logged and attributed to both the support team member and you.
You can review your support access history, and you can end an active session at any time. Access also expires automatically.
Declining a request does not affect your account or your access to support.

We retain support access records for at least 1 year. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle information accessed during a support session.
