Lesson 8
Uploading the Tour
Process the model, upload over Wi-Fi, and trigger the Matterport build.
Work through each step in order, then mark the lesson complete when you are ready to continue.
Once you have scanned every room, hallway, and walk-in closet, it's time to upload and let Matterport build your 3D model.
A Select images and upload
Choose the scans you want to upload, then hit Upload in the Matterport app. Upload times vary and can take several minutes. 3D models use a lot of data, so wait for strong Wi-Fi. A laptop upload is often much faster than a phone.
B Open My Spaces
Once the rooms are scanned, open My Spaces and the most recent project. You can watch processing, then update property details when the model is ready.
C Wait for processing
Matterport stitches the 3D dollhouse on their servers. This can take a while. You will get an email when it is ready.
